LayerTune provides calculators and reference data about 3D printing for general information. By using the site you accept these terms.
Accuracy
We work to keep every figure correct, sourced and dated, and we fix errors when told about them. Even so, manufacturers change products and documents without notice, and data measured by the community varies. The site is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. Always check settings against the current documentation for your own printer and filament before relying on them.
Safety
3D printing involves high temperatures, moving parts, mains electricity and, for some materials and resins, hazardous fumes and chemicals. Nothing here replaces the manufacturer's instructions and safety data sheets. You are responsible for operating your equipment safely.
Cost and pricing results
Calculator results are estimates based on what you enter. They are not financial, tax or business advice.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss or damage arising from use of this site, including failed prints, damaged equipment or lost income. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under the law of England and Wales.
Trade marks
Product and company names are the trade marks of their owners and are used only to identify products. LayerTune is not affiliated with or endorsed by any manufacturer named on this site.
Our content
The text, design, code and compiled database of this site belong to LayerTune. You may quote short extracts and figures with a link back. You may not copy the database or republish pages in bulk.
