ABS print settings
ABS prints with a nozzle at 210 to 270 °C and a bed at 80 to 100 °C. An enclosure is recommended.

Printers that can run it
11 of 25 printers reach ABS's temperatures and are enclosed, which is what the filament makers recommend.
Bambu Lab P1S, Bambu Lab P2S, Bambu Lab X2D, Bambu Lab H2D, Prusa CORE One+ (Gen 2), Creality K1C, Creality K2 Plus (CFS Combo), Elegoo Centauri Carbon 2 Combo, Anycubic Kobra S1, Qidi Plus5, Qidi Q2
Hot enough, but open frame
These reach the temperatures on paper. Without an enclosure, expect warping and weak layers on anything but small parts, so treat them as a last resort for ABS.

Cost per metre
At 1.75 mm diameter and a density of 1.05 to 1.12 g/cm³, ABS weighs 2.53 to 2.69 g per metre.
Use the filament length and weight calculator with your own spool price for a cost per metre.
Fumes and ventilation: follow the guidance in your filament maker's safety data sheet.
